IBPC, the oldest and largest council of Indian businessmen and professionals established under the aegis of Dubai Chambers, hosted its 20th-anniversary celebrations at Grand Hyatt, Dubai. Head of United Arab Emirates Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Social Development His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, presided as the Guest of Honour. The celebrations concluded with a gala dinner and prominent Indian playback singer Javed Ali’s live band performance entertained the guests. From registration to departure the attendees were treated to alluring experiences at this mega event.
LighTech team was excited to work alongside IBPC to engage and entertain their 500+ guests during their 20th anniversary celebrations at Grand Hyatt, Dubai. We have done the necessary set up to give attendees an experience they will never forget!
The event started off with a panel discussion that elaborated on the experiences of IBPC members for the last 20 years. Post the formal session, Javed Ali’s live band performances entertained the audience during the gala dinner.
Our crew enabled a formal stage setup for the panel discussion in the first half of the programme. In the late evening we transformed the stage with pulsating lights, LCD screens and immersive sound systems for the live musical performance. In a perfect setting and under the right light, the award-winning singer entertained crowds with his medley of old and new hits all through the night.
